What is Penetration Testing?

The process involves planning, reconnaissance, scanning for vulnerabilities, gaining access, maintaining access, and analyzing results to prepare recommendations for improving security.
Overall, penetration testing is a proactive way to identify and fix security weaknesses before they're exploited by real attackers, helping to keep systems and data safe.
