Whether you’re at home, on campus, or on the go, you should know how to protect your personal information and to keep your technology secure. What will I learn?
Start with The Essential Three. This training focuses on essential skills and knowledge meant to protect your information and the systems of the university. Information covered includes phishing attempts, strong passwords, social media management, and other critical information security tips.

How long is online training?
We understand that you have a lot to do. That's why each of our online training modules is short—about 6-10 minutes. That's it.

How will my supervisor know if I have completed any Information Security training?
Once you have completed an assigned module, your manager will receive an e-mail notification from our Learning Management System (LMS).

What is the best browser to run the Security Awareness training modules?
The modules can be run on any browser, however we have found that people have had the most consistent success using the Chrome Browser.
